NewsSCDC Officially Appointed as EPC General Contractor for NTB Industrial Park
SCDC and the investor, Nam Thang Binh Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company, have officially signed an EPC contract, marking the beginning of a significant implementation phase for the NTB Industrial Park project. As the EPC General Contractor, SCDC will be responsible for delivering key infrastructure and construction works through an integrated Engineering, Procurement, and Construction approach. This appointment represents an important milestone in the development of NTB Industrial Park, supporting its vision of a next-generation industrial park with modern infrastructure, smart industrial capabilities, and sustainable long-term development.
